Quote requests
You may withdraw a quote request before accepting or authorizing service. Contact us as soon as possible if you no longer need the pickup.
Scheduled jobs
If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed job, contact Derby City Clearout promptly. Any job-specific cancellation charge or nonrefundable deposit will be disclosed in writing before you agree to it. We do not use this page to impose an undisclosed cancellation fee.
Deposits and refunds
If a deposit or advance payment is required in the future, the written estimate or invoice will state whether it is refundable and under what conditions. Refunds owed under an agreed policy or applicable law will be processed using an appropriate payment method.
Kentucky home solicitation right to cancel
Kentucky law provides a three-business-day cancellation right for qualifying home solicitation sales. When that law applies, the signed agreement must include the statutory “BUYER'S RIGHT TO CANCEL” notice and the address to which cancellation may be sent. This website page is informational and is not a substitute for the required written notice in a qualifying transaction.
