Last updated: October 16, 2026

Plain-language summary: We use customer information to respond to quote requests, schedule and perform services, communicate about jobs, maintain business records, and protect our systems. We do not state that we sell customer personal information.

Information we collect

When you request a quote or contact Derby City Clearout, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, pickup address, requested service type, preferred pickup date, description of the items or work, coupon information, and photos you choose to upload. We may also retain records related to estimates, scheduling, invoices, payments, and communications.

How we use information

We use this information to respond to requests, prepare estimates, schedule and perform junk-removal services, communicate about your job, maintain customer and business records, prevent abuse, and improve our service.

Service providers

Our current systems use Vercel for website hosting, Supabase for database and storage services, and Resend for certain email delivery. These providers may process information as necessary to provide those services.

Text and email communications

When you submit a quote request, you consent to communications reasonably related to that request or service, including phone calls, texts, or emails. Quote submission does not enroll you in promotional marketing. Marketing consent will be requested separately where required.

Browser storage

The site may use limited browser storage for functional features such as remembering a coupon code. If analytics or advertising technologies are added later, this policy should be updated before they are enabled.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for quotes, jobs, customer service, recordkeeping, legal obligations, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure, but we use access controls and private storage for customer quote information and uploaded photos.

Your choices

You may contact us to ask about correcting or deleting information we control, subject to recordkeeping, legal, security, and contractual needs. You may also ask us to stop nonessential communications.

Children

Our services are intended for adults arranging property or business services and are not directed to children under 13.
