DERBY CITY CLEAROUT
Terms of Service
Estimates and final pricing
Photo or online estimates are based on the information available when the estimate is prepared. Final pricing may change if actual volume, weight, item type, access conditions, labor requirements, disposal requirements, or job scope differs from what was described. Any material change should be communicated before additional work is performed.
Customer authorization
The person approving a job represents that they have authority to request removal of the identified property. Customers are responsible for identifying what should and should not be removed and for disclosing known conditions that could affect safe performance.
Items we may refuse
Derby City Clearout may refuse hazardous, illegal, unsafe, restricted, excessively heavy, or undisclosed materials, or work that cannot reasonably be performed safely or lawfully.
Access and site conditions
Customers are responsible for providing lawful access to the pickup location and for disclosing stairs, restricted access, unusual weight, unsafe conditions, or other circumstances relevant to the work.
Scheduling
Arrival times may be provided as windows rather than exact guarantees. Weather, traffic, disposal delays, prior jobs, and other circumstances may affect timing.
Payment
Payment terms, due dates, deposits, discounts, and accepted payment methods will be shown on the estimate, invoice, or other written job documentation when applicable.
Home solicitation sales in Kentucky
If a transaction qualifies as a Kentucky home solicitation sale, Derby City Clearout will provide the written cancellation notice required by applicable Kentucky law. A website quote request by itself is not intended to waive any statutory cancellation right.
Governing law
These website terms are governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Nothing in these terms is intended to waive rights that cannot legally be waived.
